Be the Greatest offers free shipping for Portugal Continental for orders above 80€, we advise that if your order is less than that, shipping costs will be applied upon check out (5,90€ - VAT included)
For Madeira and Azores, shipping costs upon check out will be 9,90€ (VAT included) and for international shipping costs will be calculated according to your delivery address upon check out.
If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to fees, taxes, or other charges due to local or customs laws. Be the Greatest takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses.
The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product.
Please also consider that payment of the order must be accepted prior to processing. In payments by credit card, confirmation is immediate; ATM payments are accepted until 7pm, confirmations are received the following day. After this time, it is received two days later.
Orders are processed on working days according to the Portuguese national calendar.
Orders processed before 12:00 GMT are usually shipped the same day. When processed after this time, they are shipped on the next business day.

NOTE: Delivery time may be extended for periods of high flow of shipments, such as holidays and Christmas periods; Situations of retention of orders at customs for inspection might delay the delivery.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for new products with original tag, without any kind of damage or signs of use within a maximum of 30 days. Meeting the above-mentioned conditions is mandatory to be entitled to any refund or exchange.
For order cancellation a request must be sent via email to help@bethegreatest.pt, maximum 24 hours upon confirmation. A reply with the cancellation instructions will be sent using the same method.
Be the Greatest will attempt to refund the customer as quickly as possible, however, for a maximum period of 15 days from the date of arrival of the return to our facilities for check-up. In the case of canceled orders (orders paid that were not sent), the maximum period for repayment is 5 days.
The refund will be made through the same payment method.
When the order's return is the customer's responsibility, the shipping and returning costs are paid in full by the customer.

If we notice any error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and present you with the option to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it (If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full).
The prices on the website include our local VAT, but exclude any delivery fees, which are added to the total price as indicated in our Shipping and Deliveries Policy.
